There are a few steps to complete before you can start an operation with the ECP. See the numbered list below for details:
What do I need to do?
-
Purchase the ECP
Schedule a demo of the tool with our sales team by schedule a demo.
-
Account Creation on the Twilio Platform (the platform may change according to Foxtrot Systems criteria)
For the ECP, it is necessary to obtain a number so that messages can be sent to your customer. These messages can be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
If you will use WhatsApp, you need to create accounts on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Twilio. This setup can take a few days, so it must be done in advance (10 to 15 days for validation, depending on whether Facebook validation is also required).
If you will use SMS, you only need to create a Twilio account.
-
ECP Messages
You can customize the messages that will be sent to your customers.
-
Visual Identity
To customize the ECP, you must send us your visual identity, such as logo and colors. Important terms:
Primary and secondary colors
Logo in SVG format
-
Promotional Material
Create and send to the end customer materials to present the portal and how it is used, before launch. This is a very important step to increase the knowledge of the existence of the portal and the functionalities it offers to its customers, consequently bringing more engagement.
-
Update Versions of the Driver Application
All mobile devices must be running the latest version of the application used by the driver, whether it is the Foxtrot Systems application or a third-party app.
-
Route Start Button
Your logistical operation, if you use the Foxtrot application, will require the Start of Route button.
-
End Customer Phone Number
We will need your end customer's mobile number. Double-check these numbers, that is, clean the database to make sure that the contact information is correct, with the country code. This is very important because when you import the route with this information, it will overwrite the previously imported information. It is important to always keep this information correct and updated!
-
Start the Route at the Distribution Center
It is extremely important to start the route at the Distribution Center so that the customer knows in time that the order will arrive on the day and can be programmed.
-
Customer Click Score
Achieving a good click score is important because the customer will only receive reliable information if the driver is sending data correctly, that is, if he is clicking correctly. The next customers will also be affected if the first one is not clicked correctly.
-
Adherence to the Sequence
The goal is to achieve at least 85% adherence to the sequence. It is important to have reliable information to pass on to your customer.
The data mentioned in items 5, 6, and 7 can be tracked in our Web Platform or Download Files
-
Frequently Asked Questions
Send us the information of frequently asked questions to be consulted by the end customer.
