The Route Analyzer is a Foxtrot Systems page that shows in detail information and events for a specific route, as well as the path the driver took and visits he made. We will show each feature in three main parts:
Information
Map
Timeline
Information
In the left part above the map, you will find a white rectangle with general route information, such as:
Route code
Planned route start time
Driver name
Status of the real-time sequencing algorithm, which can be enabled or disabled. This status shows whether your operation has dynamic Foxtrot Systems resequencing for real-time route suggestions on or off.
Clicking the Time Information button shows details such as Planned Start x Accomplished Start and the Route End Time.
Map
The map will show you the order suggested by Foxtrot Systems, the path the driver took, and the clicks made by him.
Each point with a number on the map represents the recommended order of the sequence, that is, the order of customers that the driver needs to follow.
In the case of deliveries made, the ball number represents the sequence made by the driver.
On the right side of the map you will see the list of customers visited, that is, who had success or failure clicks in the visit.
The colors representing the status of visits will always appear in the list of visits and also at points within the map.
If the number is inside a green or red dot, it will indicate the sequence of visits made, that is, clicks made by the user of the application. When in other colors such as gray, yellow or purple, it will indicate the sequence of visits planned or suggested by Foxtrot Systems when the dynamic resequencing functionality is turned on in your operation.
It is important to remember that this sequence, whether planned or suggested by Foxtrot Systems, will always vary over the course of the route.
On the map, you can also zoom in and out. You can change the design to view the map differently, viewing the map with relief or without relief. View the map also in satellite format, with or without markers. The choice is up to you.
You also have Pegman available. As in Google Maps, when dragging Pegman to a point on the map, Street View opens so you can see more details of the street and location.
Timeline
Below the map, you will see the route timeline with the events and durations of those events on the route to be analyzed.
In this timeline, there is a schedule, a play button and a bar with different colors. This is the progress bar of the route, as if it were a movie of the route.
Clicking the play button lets you watch the route progress over time and see each decision event the application user made, along with the time when that event occurred.
Each event is represented by a colored band. To see the name of the event and the time that this event was run, just hover over the desired track and you will see the name and duration in minutes of that event.
Pressing the pause button stops the route playback at any time.
Another way to stop the film on the route, or even speed it up, is to move the bar with black arrows from side to side or to a specific point.
When you click on the customer or visited point in the visit list, the black bar returns exactly where the event took place. In other words, the time at which the appointment was made.
