[SUCCESS] How to make a click on a successful delivery?

In all visits made to a client, clicks on the application must be made. These clicks can be either for failure or success. That is, it must be indicated in the application whether the delivery/pickup/sale was successful or not.

Important Instructions:

  • Appointments must be made to all clients visited, and for all visits made.

  • Clicks must be made in or in front of the customer's location before proceeding with the route.

  • Clicks should never be made while on displacement, driving, and/or outside the client's location.

See below how to make clicks on a successful delivery:

  1. After making the delivery attempt and while at the establishment, the user must press on the visited customer. If the client has not yet been clicked, it will be indicated in blue.

  2. If the delivery/pickup/sale was successful, the user must choose Success.

  3. Done! The click will be registered. The status will also be updated, and the customer will change to the color corresponding to the visit status clicked. In case of success, it will be green.


    The user can then proceed to the next visit.
