[ALL ROUTES] How to access the All Routes page and what features are available?

All Routes is a Foxtrot Systems page where you can view all imported routes, make some adjustments, and access pages to be able to track them. We will show each feature in two main parts: Filters; and Information, Adjustments and Actions.

You access the All Routes page by clicking on MONITOR > All Routes.

Filters

All routes that are imported will appear on the All Routes page. You can filter to view only routes for a specific day or period.

You can also filter by driver group if you wish. Some routes may not yet have a driver assigned to them. You can then select routes with unassigned drivers to also appear.

You can also filter by a specific route or driver.

Information, Adjustments and Actions

In the highlighted area below is some information available about these routes, adjustments and actions you can perform. See details below about each column and what you can find and/or accomplish in them.

If the icon is:

  • Red: RTS Off

Also check by hovering over the icon. It can show:

  • Real-Time Sequencing On

  • Real-Time Sequencing Off

6. Finalized

In this column you will have the time the route was completed and whether that time is AM or PM. The exponent accompanying the AM and PM refers to how many days the route was completed in relation to the day planned for the route to occur.

If there is no exponent, it means that the time is for the current day.

7. Clients

In this area you can:

  • Activate, reactivate, or deactivate a route. If a driver finishes the route by accident, you can reactivate it by clicking UNFINISH. Routes finished more than 24 hours ago cannot be reactivated. Learn more
