[REATTEMPT] How do I perform reattempts through the app?

Warning: This article contains information about the Foxtrot Systems application. If your operation uses its own app or another third-party app, information about it will not be available in our knowledge base.

Foxtrot Systems allows the monitoring and managing of Failed visits, to be carried out by supervisors or the responsible team, notifying the user in real-time in the application.

This works simply. After performing a visit that was unsuccessful, the user will make the click in the application, and indicate a failed visit. The supervisor or team that is monitoring the route through our Web Portal, may authorize the user to make a visit at another time.

See below how the revisiting process works in the app.

  1. The user marks the visit as failed and the status of their visit will be updated, with the customer marked in red.

  2. Now, the route can be continued while the user is waiting for authorization from the supervisor or team that is monitoring the routes. When authorization is performed, a real-time notification will be received that the route has been updated.

The customer, which was marked red, will update to blue, and will now also have a small purple circle. This means that it will have to be revisited sometime that day.

If there was no update on the customer, the reattempt was not authorized. Do not make a new visit for this customer, and the status will remain red.

  3. The user must then click on the client that needs to be revisited.

  4. After clicking on the customer, the Reattempt Authorized information will be displayed. It will be possible to check the time at which the new visit should take place and other guidelines, which can be sent by the supervisor or responsible team.

  5. After performing a new visit, it is necessary to make a new click with the status of Success or Failure, to update the status of the visit.

  6. Done! The new status will be registered, and the route can continue.
