Real-Time Sequencing (RTS) is a Foxtrot Systems capability that dynamically resequences routes in real time. It can be enabled or disabled for each Distribution Center, depending on whether your operation uses dynamic resequencing for real-time route suggestions.
When this functionality is enabled, Real-Time Sequencing may be active on individual routes. It is not possible to activate RTS manually. RTS is activated automatically when at least 75% of the customers on a route have a confident location.
You can check whether RTS is active in the following screens:

All Routes
Route Viewer
Route Analyzer
Driver Performance
Go to Analyze > Driver Performance
Check the Real-Time Sequencing Enabled column.
All Routes
Go to Monitor > All Routes
Check the RTS column. If the icon is:
Green: RTS On
Red: RTS Off
Also, check by hovering over the icon. It can show:
Real-Time Sequencing On
Real-Time Sequencing Off
Route Viewer
Check the general route information, as highlighted.
Green: RTS On
Red: RTS Off

RTS in the driver app
Drivers can also see the Real-Time Sequencing status in the app, as shown in the highlighted area below. A message on the screen indicates whether RTS is active.
When active, it will have a red band with the message Real-time Sequencing: Off
When not active, it will have a green band with the message Real-time Sequencing: On
