[DIGITAL ROUTES] What are Digital Routes in Foxtrot Systems?

Digital Routes are routes that have passed Foxtrot Systems' criteria for behavioral filters and hardware filters for the correct understanding and analysis of a route, from the beginning to the end of it.

A Digital Route is a high data quality digitized route. It includes click data and GPS data that are merged to provide a single point of truth for all deliveries inside that route.

We can define digital routes as: "A fully defined route , which can be analyzed at performance and service level, generating confident execution data, useful for learning algorithms".

Why Digital Routes?

Foxtrot Systems developed technology through the concept of Digital Routes, which represents the combination of confident information used to describe routes in detail and contextualize data through events relating customers, deliveries, drivers, locations, and real-time information. This supports different machine learning algorithms that generate new services and visibility to help you better manage your logistics goals for the future.

How to achieve Digital Routes?

Key Concepts for Digital Transformation

Driver Click Score

Pass criteria: Driver Click Score > 85%

Driver Click Score percentage must be greater than 85%. This calculation uses data from customer clicks and clicks distance.

Driver Trace Behavior

Pass criteria: The driver's trace must have been successful.

Routes with drive meters (that is, they have more than 0 meters of distance driven), starting and ending on the planned points without any significant data loss by driver behavior, no phone off, etc.

Ideal driver behavior

Hardware Quality

Pass criteria: Data Gaps and Data Issues events added together must be less than 15 minutes.

Routes without device problems (not related to the driver). This includes detected GPS issues, wrong data capture, and other hardware issues.
