[OVERVIEW] What is, how to access and what information is available on the Overview page?

Overview is a Foxtrot Systems page that shows route information for operation real-time monitoring. We will show each feature in two main parts: Monitoring and Route Details.

You access the Overview page by clicking MONITOR > Overview.

Monitoring

Select the date you want to view and see how the operation for a specific day went.

You can also filter by driver group if you wish.

In the highlighted area below is the operation information, which is updated in real-time. See details of the information you find there.

Routes

  • Attempted: number of routes with at least one entry made through the application.

  • Total: number of routes imported.

Visits

  • Total: number of visits made.

  • Success: number of successful visits.

  • Fail: number of failed visits.

  • Try Again: number of visits that the driver made. The driver does not always make a single visit per customer.

Authorized (Reattempts)

The reattempts originate from a failed visit that was managed by the control tower, and there is a need for the driver to return to the local again. Learn more about reattempts

Returns

The number of failed visits that were managed by the control tower and did not generate a return visit.

Clients Completed

The number of customers successfully completed.

Products Delivered
