[ROUTE ANALYZER] When is a route analyzed?

For you and your team perform a route analysis on the Route Analyzer page, the system of Foxtrot Systems needs to analyze the data that has been captured and make it available on the Route Analyzer. These data are analyzed at different times in Digital and Non-Digital Routes. Digital routes


In Digital Routes

  • During the execution of the route (from the beginning to the end of the route) Foxtrot Systems makes available all the data that were captured and loaded, that is, Foxtrot Systems receives the data and makes it available during the day on the Route Analyzer page (this process occurs only if the driver device’s internet connection is working).

  • Immediately after the completion of the route, all data received by Foxtrot Systems are analyzed instantly and made available on the Route Analyzer page.

On Non-Digital Routes (routes that have not achieve the necessary requirements for a Digital Route)

  • During the execution of the route (from the beginning to the end of the route) Foxtrot Systems makes available all the data that were captured and loaded, that is, Foxtrot Systems receives the data and makes it available during the day on the Route Analyzer page (this process occurs only if the driver device’s internet connection is working).

  • Immediately after the completion of the route, all data received by Foxtrot Systems are analyzed instantly and made available on the Route Analyzer page.

  • If Foxtrot Systems' software identifies residual data, it will make an update within two days of the end of the route and make the updated data available on the Route Analyzer.
