[USERS] What are the permissions of the Foxtrot Systems Web Portal?

Foxtrot Systems users can have certain types of permissions. They allow the user to access certain pages and features of the Web Portal.

Users with administrator access can release these permissions. Admin details

  1. Alerts
    Allows access to the Visits Exceptions page. This page allows the user to authorize reattempts and returns. Visit Exceptions

  2. Analytics Downloads
    Releases access to the File Downloads page, which allows you to download reports for analysis of information. File Downloads reports

  3. Customer Rating Analyst
    Allows the user to download the Ratings Analysis report, which can be found on the File Downloads page. Available only to customers who have the End Customer Portal (ECP). Ratings Analysis report

  4. Digital Customer Manager
    It allows access to the Digital Customer Manager page, which provides your operation with an easy, fast, and online way to investigate the history of customer visits involved in the operations. Only available to customers who have the Digital Customer Manager solution. Digital Customer Manager

  5. Driver Performance
    It allows access to the Driver Performance page, which shows information about the routes and the drivers' performance concerning the indicators. Driver Performance

  6. DC Admin
    Releases access to the Settings page, which allows creation and editing of drivers, driver groups and users. The user who has access to this page has the administrator profile/access, and can also send invitations to access Foxtrot Systems and release permissions.

  7. Fleet Performance
    Allows access to the Fleet Performance page, for analyzing fleet performance, that is, the evolution of each Distribution Center and comparison with the evolution of other Distribution Centers. Fleet Performance

  8. Real-time Dashboard
    Allows access to the Overview page, which shows route information for operation real-time monitoring. Overview page

  9. Route Importer
    Allows access to the Import Routes page, where routes are imported manually by a .CSV file. Import Routes

  10. Route Analyzer
    It allows access to the Route Analyzer, which shows in detail information and events for a specific route, as well as the path the driver took and visits he made Route Analyzer

  11. Route List
    Allows access to the All Routes page, where you can view all imported routes, make some adjustments, and access pages to be able to track them. All Routes

  12. Route Viewer
