Fleet Performance is the Foxtrot Systems page for analyzing fleet performance, that is, the evolution of each Distribution Center and comparison with the evolution of other Distribution Centers. We will show each feature in two main parts: Comparison and Analysis, and Indicators (KPIs).
You access the Fleet Performance page by clicking on ANALYZE > Fleet Performance.
Comparison and Analysis

By clicking on the date area, you can choose the period you want to compare.
You can compare days, weeks, or months.

Indicators (KPIs)
Data Health KPIs
They indicate the number of routes and how many of them were considered Digital Routes.
Routes: a total daily number of routes
Digital Routes: an average percent of daily routes that have been fully digitized. A Digital Route allows us to reliably provide Efficiency KPIs and use machine learning on top of these routes.
Driver Click Passed: percentage of routes with the appropriate driver click behavior.
Driver Trace Passed: percentage of routes with approved driver trace.
Hardware Trace Passed: percentage of routes with approved hardware trace.
Behavioral KPIs
They indicate the quality of the driver's behavior, directing how to improve the use of the Foxtrot Systems application by drivers, respecting the good practices of using the application. It is possible to improve performance by reinforcing these good practices and ideal behavior with drivers.
Sequence Adherence: an average sequence adherence per route to Foxtrot’s real-time sequencing (out of 100%).
Driver Click Score: an average daily driver click score per route (out of 100%).
Efficiency KPIs
Indicate results of distances covered and time spent on routes. The comparison with the average volume of customers gives the correct sense of whether there has been a general improvement.
Clients: a total daily number of routes
Driving Distance: an average daily of actual total distance driven per route in miles/kilometers. Calculated from digital routes.
Driving Time: an average daily of actual total driving time per route. Calculated from digital routes.
Service Time: an average daily of actual total service time per route. Calculated from digital routes.
Service Time per Client: an average daily time spent servicing clients divided by the number of clients per route. Calculated from digital routes.
Journey Time: an average daily of actual total journey time per route (planned location departure to planned location arrival). Calculated from digital routes.
