After every visit to a customer, the driver must point out in the application whether the visit was successful or failed. In other words, indicate in the application whether the delivery/pickup/sale was successful or not.
This behavior is very important for monitoring routes and improving routing. Therefore, it is very important that the click is made in all visits made, and that this click is made at the client's location. That way, Foxtrot will have more assertive information for the system learning and, consequently, the dynamic sequencing of the routes will be better.
These clicks directly affect the Driver Click Score KPI.
