If drivers' routes are being imported automatically in your operation, drivers will have their profiles on the portal created automatically as well.

However, in the case of manual route import, the drivers' profile will have to be created manually.

CREATING DRIVERS

1. Click Settings in the Account menu.
   
   
   

2. Click Drivers.
   
   
   

3. Click Create New Driver.
   
   
   

4. Complete the driver profile.

   1. Enter the required fields: Name, Phone Number, and Driver ID.

   2. Enter a Secret Code for the driver.

   3. Choose a Driver ID that identifies the driver in your operation and that the driver knows, because they will use it for app sign-in.

   4. If the driver belongs to a specific group, select the appropriate Driver Group.

   5. Click Save.
      
      

   

MANAGING DRIVERS

After the driver is created, you can view and edit their credentials by clicking their name on the Drivers page in Settings.

The registered information is very important in the operations that the driver uses the delivery application from Foxtrot Systems, because if he forgets his credentials (SECRET CODE and ID) to log in you can help him. App sign-in details.

The credentials shown are the same ones that the driver needs to enter into the application to log in. If a driver has been registered with the wrong credentials in Foxtrot Systems and you want to fix it, simply delete it by clicking on the (X) icon and then create a new driver.
