All the information you can extract from Foxtrot Systems is available on the file download page of our web application.
Below is a step by step to assist you in using this page:

The File Downloads page is found within the ANALYZE menu.

All downloads previously requested by your user will remain available on this page. To download, just click on the DOWNLOAD button.

There are two download options: CSV and XLSX.
Three types of reports are available for download: Route Analytics, Attempt Analytics, and Ratings Analysis.

Clicking on the information icon on the Analytics File Downloads page will give you access to the explanation and definition of each column of the report in Column Definitions.

To request the extraction of a new report, click on the NEW DOWNLOAD REQUEST button.
If your user is enabled so that you have visibility into the operation of more than one DC, you can download reports containing multiple DCs. In the first step of the download request, you must select which DCs you want to include in the report.

Once you have selected the DCs, click on the NEXT button to continue the procedure.

Select the period you want to view in the report. Click on the desired date and do not forget to click OK to confirm your selection.
Once you have selected the start and end date, click on the NEXT button to continue the procedure.

Select the type of report you want to extract:
Route Analytics will provide you with data visibility by route.
Attempt Analytics will provide you with visibility per visit.
Ratings Analysis (available only to customers who have the ECP product) will provide you with visibility of your customers' evaluations of your services.
Once you have selected the desired options, click on the NEXT button to continue the procedure.

Before submitting the download request, make sure you have actually selected what you want to include in the report. If everything is correct, click SUBMIT.

Foxtrot Systems will be generating the report(s) you requested, but depending on the length of the selected period and the number of selected DCs, this procedure may take a few minutes.
There is no need for you to stay on this page while the activity is running. You will be able to browse normally on the other pages and when you return to the File Downloads page you will find the report available for download.
