One of the main driver performance indicators (KPIs) to be monitored is the Driver Trace. This indicator can be followed on the Driver Performance page.
For it to be a success, our system considers all the items below:
Driving Detected
Two or more Terminus Events (starting terminus and ending terminus, or warehouse event)
Keep Phone On
Keep Location Services On
To achieve all these points, some behaviors must be followed by the driver. See some below:
Keep the phone turned on
Sign in before leaving the starting terminus
Finish the route after arriving at the ending terminus
Keep Location Services at "High Accuracy"
Keep “Low Battery Mode” turned off#
