[DRIVER PERFORMANCE] What is the Driver Performance page, how to access it and what information is available?

Driver Performance is a Foxtrot Systems page that provides information to check the performance of the drivers involved in the operation. The page shows information about the routes, the drivers' performance concerning the indicators, and allows access to other details to better understand each result displayed on the screen. We will show each feature in three main parts: Indicators, Visit Details, and Route Analyzer.

The Driver Performance page is the first page you access after logging in. You can also access it by clicking on ANALYZE > Driver Performance.

The dashboard is organized by date, so you can make a filter and choose the desired date. Click on the demarcated area below and choose the date on the calendar.

If your operation has driver groups, you can evaluate performance by the group. Click on the filter marked below and choose the desired group.

Indicators

Driver performance is based on three main indicators:

  • Driver Trace

  • Driver Click Score

  • Sequence Adherence

Check below for more details about each indicator.

Tip: All the columns on this page can be sorted, just click on the column name.

Driver Trace

This indicator is intended to show whether the driver has followed the basic criteria for Foxtrot Systems to capture data from his route.

Clicking on Driver Trace, you will see the criteria for success in this indicator, so it does not appear as Failed. The criteria are:

  • Keep your phone turned on

  • Sign in before leaving the route start location

  • Finish the route after arriving at the final destination

  • Keep Location Services set to High Accuracy

  • Keep Low Battery Mode turned off

If the Driver's Trace column shows Passed, tracking was successful. If it shows Failed, tracking failed. To see more details about what caused the failure, click Failed to open the detailed page shown below.

In the quadrant, you will check the causes/reasons that led to the failure of the tracking indicator. Items marked with a red line are the criteria that caused the indicator to fail.

Important: Remember that ensuring good results on this indicator is also essential to guarantee a digital route.

Driver Click Score

This is the most important behavior indicator to be monitored and encouraged to digitize routes. This critical KPI tracks whether your drivers are doing a good job of digitizing customer service and helping Foxtrot Systems learn about its customers most effectively and realistically possible.

By clicking on Driver Click Score, you will see what are the criteria for ensuring success in this indicator, so that 0% or percentages below 85% do not appear. The criteria are:

  • Point delivery (success or failure) for all visits

  • Point delivery before leaving a local visit

To know more details about what caused the 0% or low percentages in this indicator, just click on the percentage value, and you will be directed to the page with more details as below.

In the Clicked and Click Distance columns, you will see click details at a customer-to-customer level. Only No will appear in the Clicked column, and the Click Distance column will be blank when the customer does not receive delivery clicks from the driver (Success or Failure).

If the click distance is greater than 150 m, it will appear in red. If no data is shown, there are two possibilities: the driver did not register the visit, or Foxtrot Systems does not trust the customer's location enough to present distance data. To confirm this information, see the Location Confidence column.

Important: Remember that ensuring good results on this indicator is also essential to guarantee a digital route.

Sequence Adherence

Sequence adherence is a score of 100% per route and measures the driver's adherence to Foxtrot Systems sequence recommendations. The score is computed only for routes that have the Real-Time Sequencing feature enabled.

Each customer visit/click is determined by whether a driver followed Foxtrot Systems' recommendation of which customer to visit next.

By clicking on Sequence Adherence, you will see what is the criterion to guarantee success in this indicator. That is, so that it does not appear in blank or percentage below 85%:

  • Visit customers in the suggested order.

To know more details about what caused the low percentages in this indicator, just click on the percentage value, and you will be directed to the page with more details as below.

In the Adhered column, you will see which customers the driver followed in the suggested sequence and which customers are marked Not adhered, causing the Sequence Adherence percentage to drop.

You will also see which clicks were forgiven and marked as Forgiven. The first customer the driver decides to visit will be forgiven for the Sequence Adherence calculation.

Visit Details

In addition to being able to access the details already mentioned above, by clicking on the desired route, you can view other information about the visits of the route. You can check the customer's ID and name, route start time, visit status, and whether the customer's location is confident or not.

Confident vs. unconfident locations

By clicking on the column names, you can sort the information.

Route Analyzer

Through this page, you can also access the Route Analyzer. Just click on the graph icon of the desired route.
