Time windows at Foxtrot Systems can work in two ways:
With the learning of our system. Our algorithm has machine learning technology and learns the time window based on a large volume of data and the drivers' click history.
With imported time window. On routes where the time window is imported, all the learning built by Foxtrot Systems to date will not be used on that route, on that day. That is, if the time window is sent to us for certain routes, we will not use the time window learned by our system through machine learning on those specific routes. It is important to notice that Foxtrot Systems' learning is never lost: on routes where the time window is not imported, we will normally use what the algorithm has learned so far.
