Drivers tend to choose the stop with the largest drop size first. This helps them remove as much from the truck as possible and often makes it easier to serve future clients.
Sometimes they are also allowed to have breakfast when they leave the Distribution Center (DC) and might choose to start the delivery close to that stop.
To avoid penalizing drivers, we remove the first stop from the Sequence Adherence calculation and forgive that visit, or click, for two reasons:

It may reflect an allowed choice, such as starting near a breakfast stop after leaving the Distribution Center (DC).
