On the Overview and All Routes pages, an alert with an exclamation mark may appear on certain routes. See below how it appears:
Overview
All Routes
This alert means that the route has routing issues. Either the warehouse/distribution center, the start or end of the route, or one of the waypoints (stops) cannot be routed to.
This route may not be resequenced or may have inaccurate Estimated Times of Arrivals (ETAs).
This can happen for the following reasons:
One or more addresses on the route are in inaccessible places, such as another continent, on a mountain, in the middle of forests that have no streets nearby, or even in the ocean. Always check that all addresses on the route are correct, especially the coordinates (latitude and longitude).
One or more customers with impossible time windows, such as out of route hours or with a very short time interval (10-minute time windows, for example). Only import time windows when you are sure of the information, and always check if the intervals are not too short (we advise not to insert time windows with less than 04 hours).
See the example below. The route is in Argentina, but we have two clients located in the middle of the ocean.
When this type of problem occurs, the system displays these alerts on the relevant pages.
