Some data in the report columns may appear blank. This most commonly happens when the route is not digital, but it can also happen when certain data is not available in the system.
To check if a particular route is a digital route, simply filter by the column "Is Digital Route" of the Route Analytics report. Most likely, routes that are not digital are the ones with more blank data, as the system could not capture much of the information needed to make them available.
Driver behavior for digital routes
For digital routes, some data may be blank because we have not captured enough information for the report to show reliable data.
Specific examples
Some columns present certain specific situations where blank data occurs. Therefore, in some cases, it is necessary to check what specifically happened on the route. Everything that happens on the route is important to the final data.

Route Analytics
Stem Start Distance
The column "Stem Start Distance" will appear blank if, for example, the driver does not finish the route at the Distribution Center (DC).
"If the route did not start or, did not end in the planned location, or the route does not have visit clicks, the value will be blank."
Actual Route Arrival Time
This column may be blank if the driver has not completed the route within the DC.
"It will only be detected if the driver finalizes the route inside the end location geofence."
Actual Route Departure and Arrival Times
In the case of route departure and arrival times, the report will only show the two pieces of information if both situations occur: departure from the DC and arrival at the DC. If both occur, we will show both pieces of information; if only one occurs, we won't show any of them.
The situations are:
Departure and arrival were done on the DC -> we will have information in both columns
Departure was made on the DC, but the arrival was not -> both columns will be blank
The departure was not made on the DC, but the arrival was -> both columns will be blank
This is because the system recognizes these events as Warehouse Events, and it is not possible to distinguish whether it was an arrival or a departure.
Attempt Analytics
Visit Start Timestamp
It will be blank if the click did not happen during an authorized stop. The driver may have made the click while driving or at an unauthorized stop.
"If this visit was not during a stop (i.e., the driver clicked while driving), this value is blank."
