Driver Click Score (DCS) is a key behavior metric for monitoring how well routes are digitized. It measures whether drivers are capturing customer information in a way that helps Foxtrot Systems learn from route activity more effectively.
The score combines two indicators, Customers Clicked Indicator and Clicks Within Radius Indicator. This page explains how each indicator is calculated and which report columns are used.
Here's the indicator calculation:
Data Sources
DCS is calculated from data in the Route Analytics and Attempt Analytics reports. The sections below show which columns from those reports are used for each part of the calculation.
Customers Clicked Indicator
The Customers Clicked Indicator, or CCi, calculates the percentage of Customers clicked out of the total number of planned customers on the route.
CCi uses one value for customers who received a click and one value for the total number of customers planned for the route.
-
Number of customers clicked is the total number of customers that received a click.

-
Total number of customers is the total number of customers planned to be visited on that route.

Clicks Within Radius Indicator
The Clicks Within Radius Indicator, or CWRi, calculates the percentage of successful clicks done within 150 meters of the latest inferred location out of the total successful clicks for customers with a best-known customer location.
CWRi compares successful clicks within 150 meters against all successful clicks where the distance can be measured.
-
Number of successful clicks within 150 meters is the sum of all attempts that meet both conditions below.
Column

Attempt Analytics
