[DOWNLOAD] How to download and install Foxtrot Systems' Driver App?

This article explains how to download and install the Foxtrot Systems app. If your operation uses its own app or a third-party app, information about that app will not be available in our knowledge base.


If your fleet will use the Foxtrot Systems app on drivers' devices, open the link below in your preferred browser:

http://get.foxtrot.io/latest


How to install the application

  1. After copying and pasting http://get.foxtrot.io/latest into the browser of your choice, a message will appear at the bottom of the page asking for download authorization. The application will not damage your device.



  2. To proceed with the download, click on Download as shown in the image below:



  3. When the download is complete, a message will appear as shown in the image below, asking you to open the installation file to continue the procedure.



  4. Click Install to continue the installation:



  5. The installation will take place automatically:



  6. When the installation is finished, you must open the application:



  7. For the app to function properly, you must allow access to the device's location as well as phone calls:




    Some devices require a different permission configuration to work properly. If you have permission issues, follow the steps below:

    1. Open the dropdown menu and click on Settings:



    2. Open Apps settings:



    3. Search for Foxtrot Systems app:



    4. Open Foxtrot Systems and click on App permissions:



    5. Click on Location settings:



    6. Make sure the selected option is Allow all the time:
