Any user with administrator access can give access to other Foxtrot Systems pages. Administrator users are those who have access to the Settings page. If you are an administrator user, you can also adjust your profile yourself.
If you are an administrator user, follow the steps below.
If you are not and need access, find out who are the user (s) administrators of your business unit and request their access.
If you have not found anyone who can give you access, contact the Service Desk.
Give Access to Foxtrot Systems Pages and Features
Follow these steps to grant page and feature access for a user in Foxtrot Systems. You need administrator access to complete this process.
Only users with an administrator profile are able to give access to pages/features.
To verify that you are an administrator, simply verify that you have access to the Settings page within the ACCOUNT.
Within the Settings page you will have access to the USERS page. This page will allow you to manage new and old users belonging to each of the operating environments.
To give access/permission to the users, search for the desired user in the search field and Filter by username.
Click on the desired user and a pop-up like the one shown in the image below will appear on your screen, allowing you to give access/permission to Foxtrot Systems features and screens.
In the User Permissions section, click on any blank space that is within the highlighted frame below. This way, the permissions options will appear listed.
Select the page (s) / functionality (s) to which you want to give access/permission to the selected user.
To finish, click on the SAVE button and permission will be given to the user.
