Data Gap is an event that can occur during a route, represented on the route's progress bar by the color red.
It happens when the GPS signal capture fails and can occur for several reasons, such as:
Poor quality of the mobile device used by the user during the execution of the route
-
Bad user behavior on route as:
Turn off the cell phone
Shut down the Foxtrot Systems application or the application that Foxtrot Systems is integrated into
Turn off the GPS
Enable battery saving mode
Pass through regions that do not have a GPS signal (tunnels, underground parking lots, elevators, among others), called shadows
When this event occurs on a route, the real-time location information of the route user is lost. However, this does not affect delivery clicks to customers.
