If you forget your password, follow the instructions below:
On the login page, click Forgot password?.
Enter the email used to access Foxtrot Systems and click the SUBMIT button.
You will receive an email from Foxtrot Systems so that you can configure your new password. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.
Receiving the email, click the Reset Password button to start the procedure. It redirects you to the new password creation page.
On the page that opens, enter a new password. Your password must include letters and numbers. We recommend using uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols to make it stronger.
Once you have configured your new password and clicked the SUBMIT button, you will be automatically logged into your account.
